The auditor is designed to process XER files locally in your browser. The website does not require an account or a server upload of the XER contents to perform the audit.
XER files may contain confidential project information. Use the tool only when you are authorized to process the relevant schedule data.
To post, comment, or like content in the Community section, you must create an account with an email address and password. We use Supabase, a third-party service provider, to manage account authentication and to store account, post, comment, and like data. Your password is never visible to us in plain text and is not displayed publicly.
If you use the "Forgot password" feature, a password reset link is sent to your email address through Supabase's authentication email service.
The Community section is a public discussion area. Your chosen display name, along with any post or comment you submit, is visible to other visitors, including people who are not logged in, and may be indexed by search engines. Do not include confidential, proprietary, or personal information — your own or anyone else's — in a display name, post, or comment. Likes are recorded against your account but are not displayed as personally identifying elsewhere on the site beyond an aggregate count.
Do not post XER file contents, project data, or excerpts of confidential schedule information into the Community section — the local, in-browser auditor described in Section 1 does not upload that data anywhere, but the Community section is a separate, public feature and anything typed into it is not private.
Account, post, comment, and like data is retained for as long as your account and content remain active. You can delete your own posts and comments at any time using the delete controls next to them. To request deletion of your account and associated data, use the Contact page.
The website may use cookies, local storage, analytics, or similar technologies for functionality, usage measurement, or service improvement. Supabase authentication also uses browser storage to keep you signed in between visits.
The website may display advertisements through Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure advertisements, subject to Google's applicable policies.
If you contact the site owner, information you voluntarily provide may be used to respond to your enquiry and maintain the service.
Third-party websites and services linked from this site — including Supabase, our account and community data provider, and Google AdSense — are governed by their own policies.
The Community section is not directed at children. You must meet the minimum age required by your local law to consent to online data processing (generally 13 or older, or 16 in some jurisdictions) to create an account.
This policy may be updated when the website, community features, advertising, analytics, or processing architecture changes.
